I was going to take some photos of parachutists on Friday, but they’d all landed before I could park!! I see these have motors.

I have an ex-collegue who’s a keen photographer. I has one of those flying around with his cameras. We call them something that would be “hang gliders” in English

Yes - these are microlights, essentially a propellor strapped to your back. We had an autogyro go over just now, but my phone wasn't to hand. The best thing is the hot air balloons which appear silently on the horizon and then start roaring as the gas burner fires up to lift them higher. Not sure i'd have the bottle for it, but the idea is really appealing. Especially for photography
