ACDSee Pro is free today. This Pro version includes the Light, Tone, and Color EQ tools, brush-on adjustments, film effects paks, and other stuff. The app also includes a decent camera app and can now save as TIFF and PNG as well as JPG.

I would like to know if anyone else uses Paper 53 and how they use it. I bought the app and the pencil, but rarely use it for art and photos.
I have used it for handwriting something I want layered in a composite. I also do Zentangles on it.
