Oh, and look at that lovely frog! We are awaiting the opening of the first waterlily flower of the year.
No, it’s still the backyard. We have a little pond back there for water lilies, goldfish and any frogs that wander in.
Yes, we’re very excited this year to be graced by the presence of 5 frogs.

I think we’ve been graced with max 3 frogs in all these years. And once a water snake. Of course we have the salamanders. But I want frogs too 
Maybe the water snake is keeping the frog census down.Lucky you

Grrr. We hate our chipmunks, who are digging up and eating our tulip bulbs.Yes, but they’re soooooo cute.
Trade the chipmunks for some moles. They just move your bulbs around to get them out of the way, so they show up in surprising new places.

We have woodchucks under our shed….We've been graced with chipmunks tunneling under our patio
Mike went to war with the chipmunks after they snipped off all of his sunflowers. He lived trapped and relocated them to an old cemetery down the road. There were a dozen in all. Everytime I drive by I expect to be confronted with an angry horde of chippers with tiny pitchforks.

Ouch. We had a woodchuck under our shed as well, which I managed to live trap and relocate. I’m not having much luck in live trapping the chipmunks.
