Hitting that link took me on a journey through ancient Mobitog! That’s sounds delicious, I happen to have some Garam Masala. I’d also be interested in JillyG Jilly’s tomato chutney. Tomato are all over the farm stands now. Also made with fruit like plums and mangos and served as a relish with Indian food. Here's my recipe for plum chutney.

Thank you! I got the idea. It must be a well used recipe. I may have to ask one of the farm stand folks to get the green tomatoes. Not many around here use them (l love ‘em fried) and for some reason they seem to be more expensive than ripe. It happens to be a gray, rainy day, perfect for spending the day cooking. I think it’s the first all day rain we’ve had since spring. Like much of the world it’s been very dry.View attachment 184710
I used a mixture of ripe and unripe tomatoes. There’s a little quiz involved too, with Guess the Word!
What did you do to make them so sad
I took their photo. Did you notice all the flies??? Horrid. What did you do to make them so sad
I hadn’t noticed the small evil beasts but now I see them. i completely understand the cows. Lots of flies here too. Especially on warm days with no wind, for ex todayI took their photo. Did you notice all the flies??? Horrid.
Same with the horses who live on the property… I feel so bad for them. A couple of the horses get those face/head coverings once in awhile, but they’re mostly left to deal with the flies on their own.I took their photo. Did you notice all the flies??? Horrid.

The countryside is a dangerous place. These are the tasty looking berries of the Deadly Nightshade. A relative of the potato and the tomato, only a lot more dangerous.

Ahhh, so maybe it was to make them seem more “aroused”.In our hospital we get a tiny dose of belladonna juice before we get our eyes photographed by the ophtamologist. Widens the pupils
I guess so, belladonna means beautiful woman. Stupid thing to do. Like binding the feet like they did in China.Ahhh, so maybe it was to make them seem more “aroused”.
Just a warning. Hops ate our front porch. Took three years to beat them back.234/365
