It was on the beach, with more rose petals scattered around in the general area. It does look rather sad, though I'd like to believe it just got left behind after some celebration where people were flinging flowers about.

I like it, but I’m having a hard time seeing a gull. More of a jogging tortoise.

Telephone Tourists has instructions for an interesting effect he calls Blue Monochrome using Lightroom Mobile. It includes using the Color Grading tools in LRM, which I've never tried before. Result:
