BargainWatch *post app bargains here*

Brushstroke today. Normally $3.99. Totally worth getting free, and totally worth the extra dollar for it to handle video. I tried to attach a video here, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. So here's a screenshot from the video instead.

I was just thinking how useful this thread has been in bringing interesting new apps to my attention.
Oilist sounds interesting. I went on iTunes to get it and found I already have it(!), but haven't had time to try it yet. [emoji23]

I saw this on AppZapp and recognized it as a serious photography tool, not. But it might be fun. And for free, why not? These are supposed to be motion GIFs and they cycle OK on my iPhone but I'm not sure how they will work here. I think the proper way is to export then directly from the app.

I haven't tried that yet. The app promotes itself as a GIF maker.
One other thing I forgot to mention, the app is full of full page ads that you have to wait for a 5 second countdown to finish before you can banish the ad. Kind of annoying.

Just 640x640. Big enough for a profile pic, though.
There isn't a way witching the app to export a single frame in the transition. I had to lengthen the overall duration and export that, import into ImgPlay, select the range of the transition I wanted, export that as a high quality video, open the video with Video2Photo, select the desired video frame, save photo.

I don't know why the photo has a locked icon. When I tap on it it takes me to an unfamiliar log in page and log in always fails.
