Mobi365 Jilly’s Project 365 - 2022

Awww . . . lookit those little ears :inlove:

how are you travelling with those flu sx, Jilly? Is there an end in sight?
Yes, those ears flap in the wind - it’s very funny to see. I’m still testing positive and don’t feel 100%, but I don’t feel really ill either. I’ll be able to go out and about on Saturday. Can’t wait.:D :kissingheart:

We’re close to RAF Wittering and they are “on manoeuvers” for the last three days. Rog says that this is a B52.

The garden studio/office/room has arrived! Just need to do the base and get someone to erect it. Oh, and connect the electricity. RNI Films

And, as an added bonus, the little porcelain monkey that Rog found in the rubble in the front garden. He’s only about an inch and a half long.

A wild, windy, wet day today. This Bluristic (N) image perfectly reflects the day.

My flowering Christmas cactus given the Camera+2 Macro treatment, and then off to iColorama to add one from a large selection of Bokehs.

And finally, the sun came out this afternoon, but still windy, and Ozzy loves the sun and warmth.

Back out walking with Poppy (and Ozzy later, but …). A red red kite. DistressedFX and Hipstamatic

I‘ve no idea what this jaw is, nor how it got halfway up a tree.
Congratulations to your liberation  Very strange jaw indeed. Perhaps the red red kite caught something and left the unedible stuff in a tree:lmao:

Thank you. The first thing I did was go off to the supermarket.:lmao: And your solution to the “how-did-the-jaw-get-into-the-tree” question is a good one.

What didn’t I throw at this. ReTouch and SuperimposeX to try to remove the background, Repix, DistressedFX, iColorama - talk about overegging the pudding.

In Oundle this morning. Rain stopped play!

Some more variations on a theme.

Yes, although the bottom's cropped off in the foursome. (I like it even better with the bottom on.) One of the things I like about this edit is that the background is not quite so dark, and I can see the join between the wall and table (or whatever it is). It gives a roomier atmosphere to the whole thing. The combination of red and green is striking, and because the green leaves are spear-shaped, they hold their own against the red.

I visited a shopping centre not too far from us and, as I came through the entrance, I noticed this gorgeous picture. Then I saw a little biography by it. The painting was done by Emily Jinks - a girl that I know from attending the pottery in our village. Not only is Emily a great artist, she also produces fabulous slab-built pottery and has Down‘s Syndrome. I think this is a lovely idea and I wish more places would showcase work by people with learning difficulties.

We have a clematis in flower in the garden! This was a twig of it that fell into Rog’s hand!
iColorama to blur the background
