Of the weather related philosophies you’ve posted, I like the thing about no bad weather, just wrong clothing, or something along that lines. I repeat that to myself quite often.

Probably. At the beginning of the year writings were much more upbeat. They have a different theme every month. I’m not sure what has jaded the student body, perhaps the world situation, or the coming summer break. The students here are all 11 and 12 graders, so looking forward to graduation this year or next. I had an unexpected day off and took advantage of the extra time. My son had told me how handy the magnetic cases are for the iPads, to stick them to the refrigerator when you’re cooking. It works!
I deviled the last of the duck/turkey eggs….and add a couple of chicken eggs for comparison.

It was shoe day.
It started in the morning when this young lady came in wearing something that I would have loved to have during my Goth days, but now would cause a broken…..something.

the art class down the hall had a project to create cardboard shoes. This was the test. Put on your shoe, walk 20 feet down and back and jump 3 times. If your shoes stays intact, you get 100%.
The coolest pair. Note the detail, grommets, a label on the inside, the tread and detail on the edge. Owner was absent for the big test.
The mastermind….when the student insisted he had to pass the test, too.
