is the blur simply from not-correcting the focus?
so lovely with the shape still evident - and the silvertone filter is perfect
In this case, the blur comes from mounting a macro lens on the camera and then shooting from beyond the very short focus distance of the macro lens. You can get the same/similar effect without the lens by using a camera app with manual focus. The macro lens just makes it easier and allows you to shoot with the native cam app.

EDIT: The macro lens gives more blur than just using manual focus.

Yes, I’ve found using the macro (flower) setting on Camera+ works well too.
