That does make a kind of beautiful sense.....Agreed, I think this is what our non British friends are missing. Our biscuits have to be designed for dunking, you'd never get a huge soft cookie in your cup of tea and even if you did it would fall apart
Except my mom’s homemade biscotti... they are very crunchy but not so hard they’ll break off your teeth like store bought (I believe FundyBrian would call them *perfect*Now they ARE hard!
